Welcome to Centreville, New Brunswick. Take in the fresh air and enjoy the beauty of the Presque Isle Stream that runs through our quaint little village. Centreville is located in northwestern New Brunswick just 7km from the United States border and approximately 5 km from the nearest town of Florenceville-Bristol.

Centreville prides itself in its entrepreneurial spirit and thriving industry. Long term employers such as BWS Manufacturing and Metalfab Fire Trucks make Centreville one of the largest importers of raw steel on the Eastern Seaboard and exporters of top of the line trailers and fire trucks. Agriculture and forestry also play a very important role in the economic stability of Centreville and the surrounding area.

The Centreville Community School is a Kindergarten to Grade 8 school that plays a very important role in the community, housing students from inside and outside the village limits. The students are well known for their academic and athletic leadership. As students reach Grade 9, they transfer to Carleton North High School where they join with other students in grades 9-12 from the entire Carleton North catchment area. Centreville is proud to have an early childhood development group called the Cougar Kittens as well as Centreville Child Care that offers its services to working parents from throughout the area.

The Western Valley Multiplex Centreville, a 2800+ seat outdoor stadium complex, was built in 2019 and will be the home of many recreational events including concerts and festivals. Centreville is thankful for its roots and strong volunteer base that allows for such activities to take place. Centreville has an active Chamber of Commerce and for over 30 years, they have hosted the annual tractor pull event in late June. The Centreville Truck & Tractor Pull welcomes participants from New York, Maine, Pennsylvania, Ontario, Quebec, PEI, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick during this annual two-day event.

Our other recreation facilities include and outdoor pool (summer), splash park, outdoor ice rink (winter), playground, soccer fields and two outdoor basketball courts. We offer summer recreation programs including soccer, T-Ball, swimming lessons and public swimming.
